Yes, our quotes are free and no-obligation. After discussing your project and visiting your property, we’ll give you an itemised quote before any work begins.

Yes. Your home is protected while we work, and the site is left clean and tidy at the end of every day.

Planning, costs & timescales

Do I need planning permission?

Many single-storey extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions fall under permitted development, so full planning permission isn’t always needed (the Planning Portal explains the rules). We’ll check and advise before work starts.

Do you handle building regulations?

Yes. We manage the approval and inspections and provide the sign-off certificates. GOV.UK explains when approval is needed.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the size and type of project. As a guide: garage conversions take around 3 to 5 weeks, loft conversions 6 to 10 weeks and single-storey extensions 10 to 14 weeks. We agree a programme with you before work starts.
