Two-storey & wrap-around extensions
Add space on every floor of your home, often for less than the cost of moving.
Sideways, backwards and upwards
A wrap-around extension combines a rear extension with a side return to create a generous L-shaped space, ideal for an open-plan kitchen-diner with a utility room and downstairs WC.
Building up as well with a second storey adds bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Your extension can use an unused side path or driveway, run across the back of the house, and rise above it.
Because a larger extension touches every part of the house, we plan it in stages: foundations and structure first, then the roof and windows so the building is watertight, then the inside. That keeps disruption down and the programme on track.
